1. Service Agreement
   
   1.1. Our services include Website Design, Content Management, Hosting, and all services under Media Marketing.
   1.2. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis.
   1.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service within a 7 day notice period.
   
   

2. Client Responsibilities
   
   2.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for the services.
   2.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the use of our services.
   2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided by us.
   
   

3. Intellectual Property Rights
   
   3.1. All intellectual property rights related to our services, including but not limited to designs, trademarks, and content, belong to us or our licensors.
   3.2. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
   
   

4. Payment and Refunds
   
   4.1. Payment terms for our services will be specified in the agreement or invoice provided.
   4.2. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
   
   

5. Limitation of Liability
   
   5.1. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
   5.2. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or security of our services.
   
   

6. Confidentiality
   
   6.1. We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party unless required by law.
   
   

7. Termination
   
   7.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice.
   7.2. Termination of the agreement will not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
   
   

8. Governing Law
   
   8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
   8.2. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
   
   

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and White Cat Studios regarding the use of our services. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
