The problem
Freight forwarding is trust-heavy. International shipping clients make quick judgements about whether a logistics business is credible enough to hand their cargo to. Titan Tides had the experience and the network, but a website that communicated neither. The site was losing credibility at first contact, before any conversation started.
What WCS built
The rebuild structured the site around the buyer decision journey: services explained in terms of what the client actually needs to know, credentials and capability visible early, and a direct path from interest to a quote request. Design choices reinforced commercial seriousness. The goal was not to look impressive. It was to remove every reason a prospect might hesitate.
